These automatic emails (catalogs, offers, sales, coupons) can be unsubscribed from at any time by the client. We also can collect information related to marketing and advertising that impacts Liberty as a business for purpose of market analysis, media, public relations. Liberty may share this information with our employees, consultants, analysts, third-parties directly involved with Liberty, as well as third party insurance providers directly associated with the client themselves (direct billing, quotes and pre-authorizations). We collect this information to help manage, continue service and the further development of the business. Collecting this information will provide the client with better customer service with regards to product knowledge, troubleshooting, adjustments, recalls and status updates. Financial transactions/processing payments and to protect Liberty against error, theft, damage to goods/property and fraud. Liberty will only use and/or disclose personal information with the client’s permission (or as required by law). Liberty will keep this information for as long as needed in order to continue providing treatment, future transactions and insurance purposes. We may require this personal information to be updated over time.
