Credential
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)

St. Boniface Hospital, under Dr. Meir Kryger
Education
Bachelor of Arts, University of Winnipeg
Where to find him

Chris earned his RPSGT certification at St. Boniface Hospital under Dr. Meir Kryger, one of the field's pioneers in sleep medicine. What stuck from that training was less the credential than the habit behind it: take the time, explain the thing, and recommend what the person in front of you can actually live with.
Most days that means setting up a machine, fitting a mask, or sorting out why therapy stopped feeling tolerable. He works closely with sleep physicians, respirologists, and family doctors around Winnipeg, so what's prescribed and what happens in your bedroom stay in step.
If you've tried CPAP before and given up, that's a common place to start from, not something to apologise for. Bring the mask that didn't work.
What Chris can help with
Understanding your diagnosis and what therapy will actually involve
CPAP setup and learning to use the machine
Mask fitting across every style and brand we carry
Leaks, pressure trouble, dryness, and machine errors
Follow-ups, adjustments, and supplies as the years go on
Insurance paperwork and keeping your doctor in the loop
The goal is never just compliance. It's meaningfully better sleep, and a better life.
